* GUARANTEE STATEMENT
Home will meet or beat any offer for your whole account under the following qualifications:
- The term “whole account” refers to all telecommunications services you use at your primary place of business: telephone (voice), long distance, Internet (data), cable TV, and security services.
- You must submit to us the offer you receive from any other service provider in writing. Rates for all services for a minimum of two years must be included. For example, short-time promotional rates (“First Month Free”) must be stated, as well as rates for the remainder of the two-year term.
- Home will offer to meet or beat the offer within 10 working days, and if you accept the offer, you will agree to a two-year service commitment with Home.
- If Home does not offer to meet or beat the competitor’s offer, we will pay you One-Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
- This offer is valid only for current customers with fully paid accounts in good standing.
