At Home Telecom, we remain committed to keep all of you connected at all times throughout the Coronavirus pandemic. However, we want to be sure to keep you and our employees safe and healthy while doing so.   

While our Business Offices remain open, there is very little if anything our employees cannot handle for you over the phone or through our drive-thru services. We are encouraging customers to call us prior to making a trip to one of our offices and ask if we can assist you over the phone. If you need to pick up equipment, our drive-thru staff is trained and prepared to have your equipment ready for you. We will be limiting the number of customers allowed in our offices to practice social distancing. We are making phone support and drive-thru our top priorities during this time as we feel that it is a good safety measure to take.

If you are waiting for an installation, please be patient as we are experiencing a large volume of internet orders for students and remote workers. Our technicians will be working extra hours to meet the demand. For the safety of Home Telecom technicians, if a site visit is required, you will be asked to answer a list of screening questions prior to a technician being able to enter your home.  Home Telecom urges our patrons to be honest and keep the welfare of our employees and those they come in contact with in mind. Our technicians may ask additional screening questions once they arrive at your home or business.
