Contractors are replacing equipment affecting services near the following areas. Customers may see an interruption in service  up to an hour while the equipment is being replaced. Intermittent disruptions could occur afterward as technicians are testing the equipment. Anyone affected should have received an email and/or text message notifying them of this maintenance. Try unplugging the power cord from the back of your router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and reapply power.

You can also perform a speed and latency test directly from the MyWiFi Xtreme app.

Do so by tapping into My Network on the Main Dashboard in the app. Then tap Bandwidth Test. If you've run a bandwidth test in the past, the last results will display on the screen. Tap Run Bandwidth Test on the screen to run a new speed test.

The test will run between your connected system and the internet. If you have a mesh unit, it will conduct a test between your mesh and your main system next.

Results should display as a notification and in various locations throughout the app.
