Current Outages & Maintenance:

An outage has been reported by Berkeley Electric Cooperative that may affect services in Cross near Blue King Dr, Homer Dr, Poplar Hill Dr, Tumbler Ave. We are monitoring the situation. 

BEC has also temporarily restored services near Pimlico. The damaged pole has been replaced. Services may be affected for a short time once they begin working on a permanent solution.

Try unplugging the power cord from the back of your router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and reapply power.

You can also perform a speed and latency test directly from the MyWiFi Xtreme app.

Do so by tapping into My Network on the Main Dashboard in the app. Then tap Bandwidth Test. If you've run a bandwidth test in the past, the last results will display on the screen. Tap Run Bandwidth Test on the screen to run a new speed test.

The test will run between your connected system and the internet. If you have a mesh unit, it will conduct a test between your mesh and your main system next.

Results should display as a notification and in various locations throughout the app.
