We are investigating a fiber cut that is affecting customers in the areas of Bethera Rd, Betsy Hole Rd, Church of God Rd, Cozy Wood Dr, Cypress Swamp Ln, Greentown Rd, Harristown Rd, Hoodtown Rd, Mail Route Rd, N Hwy 17A, Old Camp Rd, Park Circle, Red Tip Ln, Rick Way, Santee River Rd, Shurlknight Rd, Tranquil Way, Universal Circle, Wiggins Rd, Wild Rose Dr.
Technicians will be repairing a section of fiber affecting customers in Cooper Estates- Lakelyn Rd, Sandy Run, Longridge on Wednesday, December 11. Customers may experience an outage of about 2-3 hours while this is taking place.
An overnight maintenance will be taking place starting at midnight Thursday, December 12 and ending around 4am affecting services near the following areas. - Murphy Bay Dr, Spring Plains Rd, Trojan Rd.

You can also perform a speed and latency test directly from the MyWiFi Xtreme app.

Do so by tapping into My Network on the Main Dashboard in the app. Then tap Bandwidth Test. If you've run a bandwidth test in the past, the last results will display on the screen. Tap Run Bandwidth Test on the screen to run a new speed test.
Step 4
The test will run between your connected system and the internet. If you have a mesh unit, it will conduct a test between your mesh and your main system next.
Step 5
Results should display as a notification and in various locations throughout the app.
