Second Look: The Future From Above
Six months and counting!
As Home Telecom moves closer to completing their new 20,000 square-foot technology and retail center at the CoOp@Nexton in Summerville, we are sharing our latest aerial views of the new facility, six months into the construction.
Having broken ground in July last year, the building is really beginning to take shape!
Home Telecom plans to open their 5,200 square-foot customer service center on the ground floor in May, surrounded by over 5,000 square-feet of retail and office space that will become available at the same time.
With easy on and off access onto Nexton Parkway from I-26, one of the things that jumped out at us from this panoramic view are the new homes being built just blocks away.You can’t help but notice the hiking and bike trails, and a pedestrian-friendly walking environment.
Home Telecom is excited about providing gigabit wired internet, WiFi, video, home automation, and security products to all of these new Nexton residents and businesses! Not only that, but our new location is also convenient to customers in other surrounding neighborhoods like Cane Bay, Summers Corner, Carnes Crossroads, and more!
But that’s not all!
Later this summer or early fall, Home Telecom will unveil their Concept Entrepreneurial Collaborative located on the second floor.
Collaborative workspace is the next generation in office space. Home Telecom has designed Concept specifically to provide an affordable workplace that inspires creativity, innovation and out-of-the-box thinking – a “must” for small technology start-up businesses and entrepreneurs.
It will be a workplace where ideas come to life and problems are solved. It will offer flexibility and promote teamwork; opportunities for cross-collaboration; higher productivity; access to a technology incubator where small companies can find both financial and business-building support to help them take an initial idea or prototypical invention, all the way to market!
