Current customers upgrading to 5 Gbps may need an equipment upgrade and will be required to schedule an appointment before the higher speed plan can be activated. The installation of additional mesh devices may also be deemed necessary by your installer in order to provide Whole-Home Wi-Fi coverage. In extreme cases, a fee of $2.95 per month per device may be incurred and will be discussed prior to installation. MyWiFi Xtreme includes wireless setup for up to four devices; additional devices are $9.95 each. Devices must be activated with proper credentials before installation. Home Telecom cannot install or configure third‑party apps. Offer may be discontinued at any time. Other restrictions apply. Not all speeds or plans are available in all areas or in all Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs).
