Many factors outside of Home Telecom’s control may impact speeds, coverage, and performance, including customer equipment, environmental conditions, and external network traffic. A wired connection directly to the device is optimal to receive multi-gig speeds on compatible equipment. MyWiFi Xtreme (valued at $9.95/month) is included. Additional mesh devices may be recommended to support Whole‑Home Wi‑Fi coverage. In extreme cases, a fee of $2.95 per month per device may apply and will be discussed prior to installation. Installation includes aiding in connecting up to four devices. Home Telecom cannot configure third‑party applications. Opting out of auto‑bank draft with paperless billing adds $5/month. Prices are guaranteed for 2 years; thereafter, Home Telecom reserves the right to increase rates with 30 days’ written notice.
